Chat assistants

Connect during the final onboarding screen, or open Settings → Connected AI later. This is optional and works even when you have not received an ErzyCall phone number.

Copy the connection URL shown in ErzyCall. It points to the customer MCP server for that deployment. Production uses https://app.erzycall.com/api/mcp; staging uses its own deployment URL. Confirm the organization shown when you authorize.

ChatGPT

1. Open Settings → Security and login in ChatGPT and enable Developer mode.
2. Open ChatGPT Plugins and select +.
3. Enter the name ErzyCall and description Trigger and manage ErzyCall AI phone calls, contacts, and WhatsApp.
4. Paste the connection URL from ErzyCall as the server URL. Select OAuth. Leave advanced OAuth credentials empty.
5. Create the connection, sign in to ErzyCall, and authorize the organization you want to use.
6. In a new conversation, add ErzyCall from the tools menu.

Availability depends on your account and workspace policy. If an option is missing, try the web setup on a computer or ask your administrator about custom connectors. The current instructions follow OpenAI's setup guide.

Claude

Use Connect Claude in ErzyCall. This opens Claude's Add custom connector dialog with the name and deployment URL prefilled. Review and add the connector, then connect and complete ErzyCall sign-in and organization consent.

Alternatively, open Claude Connectors, add a custom connector named ErzyCall, and paste your connection URL. Compatible OAuth setup does not need an API key or client secret. If your workspace requires administrator approval, ask its owner to add the connector before signing in with your own account.

The install-link behavior follows Claude's custom connector documentation. Opening the link does not itself grant access.

Other AI agents

Choose Other AI agent in ErzyCall and copy its customer MCP URL. Use a remote MCP connection with Streamable HTTP transport and OAuth authentication. Compatible OAuth clients handle sign-in in the browser. For clients requiring a different setup, see coding tools or automation.

Verify the connection

ErzyCall shows Connected to ErzyCall after a successful OAuth token exchange for your user and organization. Opening a setup link or copying the URL does not count as a connection. Unknown client identities appear as Connected AI.

Send this first prompt in your AI:

Show my ErzyCall phone number and remaining call minutes.

After a successful authenticated MCP read, ErzyCall shows Connection tested. Then try “Show today's calls” or “Find my contacts”. Connecting does not place a call, send a message, activate a trial, or grant calling minutes. Existing plan limits and action permissions continue to apply.

Manage and recover

Return to Settings → Connected AI to check status or disconnect your connection. Token refresh preserves its identity; an expired or disconnected grant requires authorization again. Disconnect affects only your selected connection in the current organization.

Setup progress is saved separately for each user and organization. If consent is canceled or your browser blocks a new tab, use the normal setup link or copy the URL and finish later. Your dashboard remains available throughout.
