Tools & permissions What your assistant can do once ErzyCall is connected, and what each permission grants.
These are the actions your assistant gains. You don't need to memorise the names — describe what you want in plain language and the assistant picks the right one.

A call already dialling or connected cannot be cancelled through MCP — cancel_call returns an error once the call leaves the new / scheduled state. Hang up from the dashboard instead.

During sign-in ErzyCall shows exactly what it's granting. The list maps to these scopes:

Calls cost money and reach real people. Keep confirmation prompts on for create_call and send_whatsapp_message until you trust the setup.
Test on yourself first. Add your own number as a contact and run one call end to end before pointing it at a customer list.One organization at a time. The connection is bound to the org you picked at sign-in. To switch, disconnect and reconnect.To revoke: remove the connector in your AI tool. There is no separate revocation screen in the ErzyCall dashboard today.
